Public Service Philosophy
Public service relies on humility, compassion, and an overarching drive for the betterment of society. Without administrators striving for the common good, the world would run rampant with selfishness and greed. It is our duty to provide access and acceptance within government, private workforces, and nonprofit sectors to foster unity and create efficiency.

Public administration is like a math problem. You can have a main framework or equation to follow for a specific issue, but each complication results in a different solution. We must be problem-solvers while also realizing the importance of balancing open-mindedness and decisiveness. It's crucial to listen, analyze, brainstorm, and communicate diligently.
While taking swift action is a main part of the job, public administrators shouldn't forget the weight data collection and observation holds within successful leadership. Showing those you care is only half the battle; administrators have to hold a high level of consistency and effort to keep the trust alive.
Professional Goals + Objectives
I hope to help guide disabled people to better healthcare plans, doctors, and lifestyles. Whether this is in the creation of public policy or nonprofit work, I know a focus on accessibility and disability awareness will be the forefront of my drive. I also feel a deep passion for animal welfare and humane societies, and I envision working alongside others who are equally dedicated to improving the lives of animals.
Whichever path I choose, I want to build strong relationships with community leaders and collaborate with like-minded individuals to achieve true change. In addition, writing a book is a strong ambition of mine.
